Tarragon Chicken

Tarragon chicken

I've had a big bottle of Tarragon sitting on my counter for ages, from when I used it in a salad dressing recipe forever ago. I figured it was finally time to give it a try with chicken, and the results were...meh. David actually really liked it, but I was unimpressed. However I still have plenty left on the bottle so I'm sure I'll make this again.

Tarragon Chicken

2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried tarragon
1 tbsp olive oil

Mix it all in a bag, then cook on a skillet (or grill if you have one).

I added the peppers when the chicken was about half way done, so they wouldn't get over cooked but also got to soak up some of the flavors.cook
